EARNING BONUS POINTS FOR 3RD 9 WEEKS

***UPDATED INFORMATION (PHONICS HAS BEEN ADDED)***

*Beginning, Wednesday, April 22, 2020, students will have four weeks to complete assignments to earn bonus points as follows:

**KINDERGARTEN MAY EARN UP TO 50 POINTS IN  READING, PHONICS AND MATH

*PHONICS:  COMPLETE LESSONS ASSIGNED EACH WEEK (1 PHONICS LESSON) THESE POINTS WILL BE BASED ON THE STUDENT’S COMPLETION OF THE LESSONS.

READING:  COMPLETE LESSONS ASSIGNED EACH WEEK ( 1 VOCABULARY LESSON, AND 1 COMPREHENSION LESSON).  THESE POINTS WILL BE BASED ON THE STUDENT’S COMPLETION OF THE LESSONS.

• MATH:  COMPLETE 2 LESSONS ON YOUR CHILD’S PATH OF LESSONS THAT HAS BEEN CREATED BY THE PROGRAM WITH A DEGREE OF ACCURACY(QUALITY).  THESE LESSONS ARE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF YOUR CHILD’S DIAGNOSTIC TEST THAT HAS BEEN ADMINISTERED AT SCHOOL. 

*If you are content with your child’s average for the 1st-3rd 9 weeks, you are not required to do anything further.

I know you guys have already heard that school has now been postponed until after April 30th. We are wanting to give the students more instruction, and give you guys another way to keep these little friends learning and growing even during this crazy time. I will be posting 1 math and 1 ELA lesson each week starting April 14th. These will be review lessons.

We will have the same log in for Math and ELA on i-ready.com.  Please let me know through the band app if you are having any trouble with any of this.   Look under tips for learning for some fun things to keep your little ones learning during this time. I will available everyday from12-2 if you need any help. You can also always send me a note through the band app., anytime of the day.
